Four Italians abducted in Libya

The son of one of the hostages claims that have no news and who's waiting for a phone call.

The kidnapping is attributed to Islamic fighters loyal to the rebel Government of Tripoli, although the Italian Executive affirm that no group has claimed the kidnapping.

The Libya remains in chaos since the fall of Gaddafi in 2011. In February the Government of Rome ended the Embassy in Libya and recommended to Italians to leave the country.
