Mogherini: "Deal with Iran is a historic opportunity to start building confidence"
Hailed by the United States, Europe and Iran, but reviled by Israel, the agreement on nuclear energy is the biggest breakthrough ever in relations between the West and Iran since the 1979 revolution.At the end of a negotiating marathon, was finally achieved consensus.
