Barack Obama presented the "clean energy plan"

The u.s. Government announced Monday a plan to reduce 32% of carbon emissions from thermal plants in 2030, compared with 2005 levels.

The measure is the definitive version, and more ambitious, the "clean energy plan", the Executive of the President Barack Obama put forward a year ago.

"We are here to announce the ' clean energy ' plan of America. A plan drafted over two years and that is the most important step that America ever in the fight against climate change (...) In December, America will have the opportunity to move forward with one of the most important agreements on climate in the history of mankind. It's easy to be cynical and say that climate change is a challenge too great for mankind to solve. I am absolutely convinced that it is wrong and we can solve it, but we must start now. Is exactly the kind of challenge big enough, for us to remember that we must face together, "said the us President.
