Iranian Parliament approves nuclear agreement

The compromise was shut down in July, after two years of negotiations between Iran, the United States, Russia, China, the United Kingdom, France and Germany. The agreement can now be implemented once it has been ratified by all the signatory countries. The Republicans failed to plumb the document in the us Congress.

The deal stipulates that Iran undertakes not to develop atomic weapons and to limit its nuclear program. In return are lifted international sanctions against the regime in Tehran, which will make it possible to revive a weary economy.
