Sierra Leone free of Ebola

The announcement was greeted with jubilation throughout the capital.

Sierra Leone, which received criticism by some extreme measures to eradicate the virus, as the confinement of the entire population in September 2014 and March 2015, has fought a hard battle against the disease, a nightmare that has been exceeded, but the recommendations should be retained, reminded the President Ernest Bai Koroma.

"The Ebola outbreak is over in Sierra Leone, but we must remain vigilant and on alert".
