Terrorism dominates the G20 Summit

"Schengen is in danger because of the recent attacks, but because the external border control does not work, or works very badly. The emphasis has to be placed on the strengthening of external borders. "

The terrorist attacks in Paris ended up stealing the role to other topics at the Summit bringing together the heads of State and Government of the world's most industrialized countries and major emerging economies.

This G20 Summit in Antalya, on Turkey, François Hollande chose to stay in France and was represented by the Minister of Foreign Negoócios Laurent Fabius.

U.s. President Barack Obama said that the important thing is to defeat the Group Islamic State in Syria: "Let's redouble efforts to work with other members of the Coalition for a peaceful transition in Syria and the Daesh (Islamic State), this force creates so much pain and suffering, whether in Paris, in Ankara or other parts of the globe, is eliminated.

An important issue is to know now what do the borders of the European Union. Some sectors of politics, as the national front of Marine Le Pen in France, ask for the end of the Schengen zone.

The terrorist attacks happen while a wave of refugees ever reaches the borders of Europe, a crisis that has occupied the political agenda in recent weeks.
