The company confirmed the problems.

Twitter confirmed that social networking was disabled during the morning in several European countries and also in Brazil and United States.

The problems seem to be concentrated in countries such as United Kingdom, France and Germany, according to the monitoring service DownDetector.uk. But also users of other countries such as Spain, Portugal and South Africa have experienced a few problems, which seem to already be outdated.
