Mozambique: A new piece in the puzzle of the mystery of flight MH370?

The discovery of a piece of the tail of a plane off the coast of Mozambique, relaunched the investigation into the disappearance of the appliance company Malaysia Airlines in 2014.

The play, belonging to a Boeing 777, had been discovered for three days by a u.s. Attorney investigating the case on his own, off of Vilanculos, in southern Mozambique.

The Mozambican authorities are cautious, noting that the discovery occurred in an area where there have been several air accidents.

The object, which could be a horizontal stabilizer from the tail of a plane, will be sent to Australia, a country that leads the investigation into the missing device.

For the Australian Transport Minister, Darren Chester:

"Our role is to continue the search in the area south of the ocean, but when you find a piece like this it is important that it is properly parsed. The search continues, I researched about of 85 1000 square kilometers of a search area of 120 1000 square kilometres.

The Australian Minister's caution contrasts with the statements of his counterpart in Malaysia, Liow Tiong Lai, which evokes a "high probability" that the wreckage belongs to the missing plane.

Based on early reports, high possibility debris found in Mozambique belongs to a B777. (1/3)

"We are ready to discuss the details to retrieve this object, so we want to examine this piece as soon as possible and we are working on this together with Australia," Liow Tiong Lai.

370 Malaysia Airlines's flight had disappeared mysteriously from the radar for nearly two years, on 8 March, with 239 people on board.
