First group of migrants deported from EU has already arrived in Turkey

The first group of migrants deported from the European Union under the agreement signed with the Turkey already reached the Turkish locale of Dikili.

This first group, a total of 131 individuals, traveled in two Turkish flag vessels that set off the Greek island of Lesbos at early hours of the morning.

A third boat with 66 migrants, mostly individuals from Afghanistan, also broke the Greek island of Chios in the direction of Turkey.

In Lesbos, the migrants ' departure was accompanied by a strong police apparatus and a small group of demonstrators carried out an action of protest against the deportations.

This Monday came also the Hanover in Germany the first group of Syrian refugees from Turkey under an agreement signed between Brussels and Ankara.
