72-hour truce in Syria violated

The Syrian military announced the temporary end of hostilities without, however, the groups involved. It is recalled that on February 27, the United States and Russia have negotiated a cease-fire that left out the zones controlled by the radical groups in Syria. The truce was eventually cancelled due to successive violations.

The latest truce announcement coincides with the celebrations of Al-Fitr, the ceremony that marks the end of the month of Ramadan.
