Art thief wants to be tried in the Netherlands

The head of the gang that stole seven paintings of a Rotterdam Museum doesn't want to be tried in Romania.

Radu Dogan, of Romanian nationality, attended this Tuesday, before a Court of Bucharest. Told the judge he wants to be tried in the Netherlands. If that doesn't happen, refuses to indicate the location of the works.

No major certainties, it is thought that five of these works will be in Moldova and two in Belgium.

Among the stolen works, there is a Picasso.
