Palestinian fighters are protesting the peace process

Peace negotiations in the Middle East, resumed in July, seem to enter in a new impasse at a time when Palestinian sources are stepping up criticism of the "inflexibility" of Israel.

Dozens of fighters from the armed wing of Hamas, but also of an Allied armed group President Mahmoud Abbas paraded, this Friday, in Gaza, to condemn the resumption of the negotiating process.

"We do not have authorized anyone to negotiate our rights or saying that our people or the Arab Nations are weak. We are strong because we have our rights, "said a fighter.

The show of force coincides with a new day of clashes in Jerusalem between faithful Muslims and military, after the Israeli army have reinforced security in sacred places on the occasion of the Jewish new year.

The tension coincides with the meeting, planned for next week in London, between the Palestinian President and the US Secretary of State John Kerry.

An opportunity, according to several sources, for Abbas complaining to u.s. mediator of a negotiating process stalled, in which Israel does not seem to be willing to withdraw from the West Bank settlements and men.
