Berlin decides in referendum electricity production management

At issue is the transfer of management, currently in the hands of the Swedish Vattenfall to a public entity.

The initiative launched by more than 50 non-governmental organisations account, now, with the support of the Greens

"We don't want the money to go into the private sector, in this case the Vattenfall, but that order in the pockets of Berliners" says Daniel Wesener Greens.

Sustainability and the most competitive prices are two of the arguments used by the promoters of the initiative that inistem the need to invest in alternative energy.

According to opinion polls, more than 25 percent of Berliners prepare to say yes to change in management, from 2015, in the referendum this Sunday.
