Iranian nuclear dossier without agreement

Ended without agreement the second round of negotiations on the Iranian nuclear program and between Tehran and the Group of permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany, after three days of meetings, Geneva literals.

Prolonged negotiations for another day in a bid to seal a historic understanding allowed schedule new meeting for Nov. 20.

The Iranian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mohammad Javad Zarif argues that there were three days of intense discussions and constructive and concrete progress although major differences remain.

"I was looking for a political will, determination and good faith, in order to put an end to this phase and start implementing the first stage with the agreement on the objectives and the end of the game."

The signs that the second round of contacts in Geneva could result began Friday with the arrival of u.s. Secretary of State announced, John Kerry.

"There is no doubt that we're closer now than when we arrived, and we did a good job for the next few weeks."

The content of the negotiations remains secret. The France made it known that there are some points of contention. Paris wants Tehran accepted also suspend the works in central Arak heavy water reactor, which is due to come into service briefly with ability to extract plutonium.
