Last solar eclipse of the year

The path of the eclipse begins at the u.s. Coast and terminates in Africa. The phenomenon is visible in the North Atlantic Ocean, Eastern North America, Northern South America, North and northeast of Brazil, in some countries in southern Europe and the Middle East.

This astronomer says:

"Most people think that the Moon eating the Sun, for example, and that's why there's darkness during the day (...) It's good that an astronomer can explain it and help people understand. On the one hand we want to preserve the traditional knowledge but also want to have access to scientific knowledge and this is really scientific. "
