Spanish national team criticized for play in Equatorial Guinea

Several Human rights organisations have condemned the conduct of the game, in Malabo, denouncing the repressive and corrupt regime of Guinea.

The Spanish selector, Vicente del Bosque, said that it is only "sportsmen", which didn't come to Equatorial Guinea "for prestige, strengthen or bring down anyone."

The Spain will be the first African country to play in Malabo since President Teodoro Obiang Nguema took power in 1979.
