The complaint was presented, this Wednesday, in Washington, by a true enemy of Obama, Sen. Rand Paul, who is already in fundraising for the Republican presidential candidate. Paul wants to ask, in court, if a single warrant can be applied at any time, the records of all phone users, without limits and without individualization "of the target.

The Obama administration has already reacted. The White House does not believe that the lawsuit will succeed and defends itself with the view of "at least 15 judges" they considered the eavesdropping program as being "cool".

The great difficulty of complainants will find the material evidence of illegal data collection by the NSA.
