Silence and recollection in Japan, when you celebrate three years of Fukushima.

The imperial couple watched, in Tokyo, at an official ceremony in memory of the more than 20 thousand victims of the earthquake, tsunami and nuclear accident at local 2:46 pm-5:46 in Lisbon-devastated Miyagi, Iwate and Fukushima.

During the ceremony, celebrated in the capital's National Theatre, before 1200 people, Prime Minister Shinzo Abe recalled the victims and highlighted the advancement of reconstruction of the area, thanks, says, "the effort of the local population, of the agents implicated and of people from all over the Japan".

A reconstruction far from finished: 270 thousand people are still living in temporary lodgings, many of which, without conditions.

The Japanese continue to mourn the more than 18 thousand bodies of victims of the tsunami, three years later, were never found.
