Barcelona barred from transfers

The Disciplinary Committee of the International Football Federation (FIFA) will force the Catalan club to pay a fine of 500 thousand Swiss francs â€" about 370 thousand euros â€" and prohibited from transfers during two seasons.

Along with Barca was the Spanish Football Federation sanctioned with a fine equivalent to 410 thousand euros.
