Central African Republic: barricades in Bangui after attack on Church

At the end of the day this Wednesday, a group of armed men attacked the Church of Nossa Senhora de Fátima, killing at least 15 people, including a priest.

The incident occurred a few hours after fighting between Christian militias and anti-Balaka residents of the mostly Muslim neighborhood PK5.

Bangui watches a resurgence of violence in the past few days that interfaith motivated a large number of residents fleeing the capital.
