Putin agreed with plan to resolve Ukraine crisis

Despite existing evidence the Kremlin denies it has sent troops and weapons to aid the separatists, a maneuver to force Kiev to negotiate with separatist leaders that Russia insists on support. The situation around a truce process is so very confused.
