Putin agreed with plan to resolve Ukraine crisis

Of visit to Mongolia, the Russian President declared that agreed with his Ukrainian counterpart Petro Poroshenko on an action plan to resolve the conflict in the East of Ukraine.

Still too much to speak of a ceasefire effective since they are still treating the final details that must be dealt with Friday, during talks in Minsk, capital of Belarus.

Today the Government of Ukraine published on your page that Poroshenko had closed with Putin a permanent ceasefire agreement for the eastern regions of the country, but the Kremlin made a retraction claiming not to be party to the armed conflict.

"The warring sides must immediately agree and jointly implement the following actions: stop offensive operations of armed self-defense units in Donetsk and Lugansk areas. Ukrainian military units withdraw to a distance that does not endanger the civilian population "

The double game of the Russian Government aggravates the international community. Despite existing evidence the Kremlin denies it has sent troops and weapons to aid the separatists, a maneuver to force Kiev to negotiate with separatist leaders that Russia insists on support. The situation around a truce process is so very confused.
