Lufthansa pilots ' strike: 750 flights cancelled

The company was forced to cancel 750 flights of short and medium range because of the pilots ' strike.

Led by the Cockpit pilots Union struggle against the intention of the company to change the rules of access to early retirement.

And, if the majority of the protests, some passengers understand the reasons of the pilots, as an elderly woman who claims to have sympathy for their cause, because "are subjected to a lot of stress and it is normal to want to retire earlier".

Lufthansa says it has reached an agreement with the five thousand riders of branches Germanwings, Swiss Air, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Eurowings and accuses the cockpit of "irresponsibility" to "refuse negotiations to maintain the privileges of only 5,400 of 120 thousand employees of the company".

The strike will continue until Friday, in short-and medium-haul flights and transportation of goods.
