Heiress of Korean Air gets out of jail

The eldest daughter of the President of Korean Air and the former number two of the company had been convicted of breaching safety rules on board.

The Attorney for Cho Hyun-Oh stressed that she wanted "excuses [...] to all who have been affected by this incident ".

The 5 December last year, Cho had assaulted the head of cabin on a flight of Korean Air, after having been served macadamia nuts, without request, presented in the package instead of a Cup.
