Storms force evacuations in Texas

On a highway in suburban Dallas, hundreds of cars were blocked, on Friday, after the waters have reached about 18 inches tall.

On Friday were found four more bodies, bringing to 30 the number of fatalities in the country.

The authorities ordered the evacuation of several towns. In Wharton, southwest of Houston, the waters of the Colorado river overflowed, forcing evacuating 30 dwellings.

The inhabitants of the areas close to the River, were forced to abandon their homes in haste, charging that they could meet in a short time, to escape the waters.

The Brazos River left the bed, about 50 miles west of Fort Worth, expelling the inhabitants from their homes.
