Ukrainian authorities are still trying to master huge fire

The accident has already caused at least one dead and three missing.

The fire started Monday sprawling to other fuel tanks during the night.

On Tuesday morning a huge explosion would have caused more damage.

An official of the Ministry of the Interior States that police are investigating three possible causes for the incident: violating the rules of fuel storage, technical problems and arson.
