Consensus is not easy and the Hungarian Prime Minister took the opportunity to say that the transportation of asylum seekers, not registered, of Hungary to the Austrian border, shows the failure of EU migration policy.

Federica Mogherini, EU High Representative for foreign policy, responded to the charges:

"We have to strengthen even more the cooperation and our joint work, without we blame each other in Europe, Member States, candidate countries, institutions."

For his part, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Austria, a country of transit for migrants who want to get to Germany, believe that things have to change:

"Last night was a kind of awakening to the complicated situation in which Europe is. I hope you serve so that we understand that the situation cannot continue as is. "
