Turkish opposition points finger at ErdoÄŸan for Saturday bombing

"ErdoÄŸan killer": Was the slogan most heard in demonstrations all over Turkey. It was a gathering of lawyers outside the courthouse. Or a March of doctors in Ankara. These are two of the professional classes who went on strike in protest against the Government.

If the prime suspect in the bombing of the weekend against a demonstration by Kurds is the Group Islamic State, the view of a large part of the opposition is that President Recep Tayyip ErdoÄŸan and the Government headed by Ahmet DavutoÄŸlu are behind the bombing or, at least, not secured properly the manifestation security.

The writer Orhan Pamuk, Nobel Prize for literature in 2006, says that ErdoÄŸan's running a war against the Kurdish people.

According to some information published in the Turkish press, citing leaks from the report of the authorities, the bomb that killed about 100 people on Saturday is of the same type as the one that exploded in the July 20 Suruç, killing 34 militants of the Kurdish cause.
