Croatia: who is this girl?

A girl was found, sitting alone in a park of Velika Gorica near Zagreb, in Croatia.

No one knows what country it came from or what language you speak but apparently reacted to words spoken in urdu language-the national language of Pakistan and one of the national languages of India 24.
