North Korea claims to have entered the inner circle of nuclear powers to announce having carried out a first test with a hydrogen bomb.

The miniaturized thermonuclear device, with a power of 6 kilotons, detonated successfully, according to Pyongyang at 10 pm local time at the Punggye-ri tests.
