Brazil: Marina Silva prevented from forming new party

Marina Silva won't be able to form a new party to face Dilma Roussef in the next presidential election in Brazil. The Court considers that the main opponent to the environmentalist and President could not necessary signatures within the deadline. Marina will have to decide by Saturday whether competes for an existing party.
