Syria: U.N. resumes sending food for refugees

The planes depart from Iraq toward Qamishli, a northeastern region of the country where tens of thousands of refugees and where help isn't enough for several months because of the conflict.

Ayad Naman, PAM explains that the plane that left this Thursday trnasporta 380 tonnes of food.

The mission provides for sending 10 planes, with provisions for 30 thousand people during a month â€" food, clothing and hygiene products.

The operation takes place at a time when Russian sources announce that the rebels and the Syrian regime will have reached an agreement for the creation of a humanitarian corridor to Homs city martyrs of conflict.

Another information gives an account of an agreement for the withdrawal, safely, civilians of the city.

The Syrian refugee situation is critical. The rebels and the regime's forces have accused each other of duck to help or prevent humanitarian organizations from reaching areas where refugees are located.
