Leonid Slutsky: "Today we must if the will of the people of Crimea"

Today fulfills the will of the people of Crimea and we must understand that this is based on the right to self-determination and that is being done in accordance with this law. "

"Russia will support interreligious and international peace on the territory of Ukraine, and brother country without bloodshed. Russófilas regions should stay in Ukraine, but the Russian language have to be recognised as a regional language according to the law of 2012 ".

In 2012, the President Ianukovich had established the Russian as a second official language of Ukraine. The Transitional Government introduced a Bill to repeal that law, but the Acting President vetoed the diploma.
