Serbia: Progress Party collects 50% of the votes

In Serbia, according to a preliminary count, the Progress Party won about 50 percent of the votes for the election of the 250 members of the national Parliament among candidates from 19 Parties and coalitions.

The polling stations closed at local 20:00 and about an hour after the initial results point to the victory party Aleksandar Vucic announced.

The Socialists have remained for 15% of the votes, being in second place.
