Stones worked in Cuba

The Rolling Stones take on Friday in the Cuban capital, a much anticipated concert and that brought together some 500 1000 people in Ciudad Deportiva.

The British band played a few days after the visit to Cuba of u.s. President Barack Obama. The free concert sponsored by businessman Gregory Elias, founder of Curacao jazz festival, deserved an article in the newspaper Granma, the organ of the Cuban Communist Party (PCC).

Criticized by some musicians and Cuban dissidents for agreeing to give a concert in a country where the regime trampled on human rights, the Rolling Stones were deaf, as in 2014, when they ignored the criticism and acted in Israel.
